Most major bank cards are accepted and payment can be taken at the end of each session. Arrangements can also be made for the sessions to be invoiced.
Insurance
Services are currently registered with most major insurers. However, if the service is not listed with your provider please contact us as usually it is possible to add them.

Please note that you will need to ensure that the sessions have been pre-authorised and whether or not the services are covered in full or part by your employee scheme or health insurer. Where fees are not covered you may be required to make a top-up payment.
It is recommended that if you are planning on paying through your insurance or employee scheme that you check your coverage carefully.
Cancellation policy
In order to ensure that appointments are available in a timely manner please be aware of the following cancellation notice:
- 48 hours ahead of the appointment, no charge.
- 24 hours ahead of the appointment, 50% charge.
- Notice received less than 24 hours ahead of the appointment, 100% charge.
Please be aware that this applies to both self-funded session and those pre-authorised through your insurance provider.
